My approach to the Bliss Home Spa case study is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and practicality. I believe that self-care shouldn't be seen as a luxury, especially for housewives who often juggle multiple responsibilities without prioritizing their own well-being. My goal is to redefine what self-care means—making it feel attainable, guilt-free, and empowering. I wanted to address the real barriers women face, like time, money, and societal expectations, while also acknowledging that not everyone finds relaxation in the same way. That’s why I focused on offering flexible, affordable, and personalized solutions, and also aimed to shift the perception of self-care from being indulgent to being essential.
